Sunny WG room in the city centre :) Sonniges WG-Zimmer im Stadtzentrum :)

Our WG has the perfect location! Around the corner is Mainzerstraße with its bars and restaurants, and also takes you directly towards downtown. For sport and a beer you have reached the Saar/Staden within a few minutes. The Edeka, Aldi or Lidl are also within a 5-minute walk. The SBahn also has a stop around the corner.

Unsere WG hat die perfekte Lage! Um die Ecke ist die Mainzerstraße mit ihren Bars und Restaurants, und bringt dich auch direkt Richtung Innenstadt. Für Sport und ein Bier hast du die Saar/Staden innerhalb ein paar Minuten erreicht. Der Edeka, Aldi oder Lidl sind auch innerhalb 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die SBahn hat bei uns um die Ecke auch eine Haltestelle.

Lara (27) and Lena (24) live in the WG. I (Patricia) must leave the WG unfortunately. Lara works in her family company and is more often busy. That's why she's very early out of the house under the week. In the evening under the week and on weekends, she is definitely entertainingly resource loves breakfast.
Lena also works under the week, in her spare time she likes to go with friends at the stadium or go jogging a round.

Living together is really important to us, which is why we are definitely not a purpose WG.
We are very communal, we like to go to the weekend party or spend together evenings with our friends vlt times in Jules or on the Silo. Here I can join you at any time, but of course it will also be respected if you need your rest. Everything can, nothing has to;) Cleanliness and order is also important for us, but we do not have a cleaning mold:)
The beer table is also proud WG inventory and the competition is good!
If you want to bring yourself in – for example with new plants, decorations or spontaneous WG finishes – then you are right in the WG!

In der WG wohnen Lara (27) und Lena (24). Ich (Patricia) muss die WG leider verlassen. Lara arbeitet in ihrer Familien-Firma und ist öfters busy. Deshalb ist sie auch sehr früh aus dem Haus unter der Woche. Abends unter der Woche und am Wochenende ist sie definitiv unternehmungslustig& liebt frühstücken.
Lena arbeitet auch unter der Woche, in ihrer Freizeit ist sie gerne mit Freunden am Staden oder geht mal eine Runde joggen.

Uns ist ein Zusammenleben echt wichtig, weshalb wir definitiv keine Zweck-WG sind.
Wir sind sehr gemeinschaftlich, gerne gehen wir am Wochenende feiern oder verbringen gemeinsame Abende mit unseren Freunde vlt mal im Jules oder am Silo. Hier kann mich sich jederzeit gerne anschließen, aber natürlich wird es auch respektiert, wenn du mal deine Ruhe brauchst. Alles kann, nichts muss ;) Sauberkeit und Ordnung ist ebenfalls wichtig für uns, aber ein Putzfimmel haben wir nicht :)
Der Bierpongtisch ist auch stolzes WG-Inventar und die Konkurrenz ist gut!
Wenn du Lust hast, dich selbst einzubringen – zum Beispiel mit neuen Pflanzen, Dekoideen oder spontanen WG-Abenden – dann bist du in der WG genau richtig!

The house: We have a common courtyard, which in summer definitely invites you to grill. You can also put your bike under the roof. In our house there are only cool WG ́s who like to throw parties at the weekend.

The apartment: it has been completely renovated. It consists of a cozy living room that also serves as a dining area, a spacious kitchen where you can cook or bake super and a large bathroom (incl. bathtub).

If that's what you're saying, we'd be happy to have a message so that your new roommates can get a little impression of you. Maybe you can leave us your insta or something 

Das Haus: Wir haben einen gemeinsamen Innenhof, der im Sommer definitiv zum Grillen einlädt. Dein Fahrrad kannst du auch dort unter Dach abstellen. In unserem Haus wohnen nur coole WG´s, die auch gerne mal Partys schmeißen am Wochenende.

Die Wohnung: Sie ist komplett neu renoviert worden. Sie besteht aus einem gemütlichen Wohnzimmer der auch als Essbereich dient, aus einer geräumigen Küche, in der man super kochen oder backen kann und aus einem großen Badezimmer (inkl. Badewanne).

Wenn das dir soweit zusagt, würden wir uns über eine Nachricht freuen, damit deine möglichen neuen Mitbewohnerinnen einen kleinen Eindruck von dir bekommen. Vielleicht kannst du uns noch dein Insta oder so da lassen 
