Room or appartment needed March 25th-June 15th

Although I am not a student anymore (46 years, got my PhD in 1994 - sorry), I am looking for a simple place to stay for a limited time : March 25-June 15th. I won't be there much in April and May. I also plan to go back to Toulouse (my hometown) every 15 days or so, but have no problem paying the full rent. I can actually pay the 3 months in advance.

I am a guest researcher at the Leibniz Institute (close to Universität des Saarland), usually live with my family in France. But they could not follow me here because of job, school... So I am looking forward sharing a house or appartment.

I also plan to play a bit soccer here, so I may have smelling sneakers from time to time, but other than that I am clean. Non smoker, quiet , and very bad at drinking alcohol (sorry if you're looking for a nighgt clubber - but I like listening to pop music). Limited cooking skills but can do a few cakes.

I would prefer a place where there's already a bed, but I can buy one too if needed.

Ring me this week if you're interested (I hope), cell or email. I can speak French or English, but no German so far. The only thing I know is Ich spreche kein Deutsch... Willing to learn though.
