Die WG liegt im 3ten Stock (DG) des Hauses in der Innenstadt Saarlouis, es gibt nur eine weitere Nachbarswohnung im Haus, daher ist es im Haus selbst recht ruhig. Du müsstest aber resistent gegen Geräusche von Außen sein, da die Altstadt nicht weit weg liegt 🙈
Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein, da man alles zu Fuß erreicht.
Das zu vermietende Zimmer beträgt circa 10qm, hat eine Schlafnische und ein eingebautes Schranksystem hinter einem großen Vorhang. Das Zimmer vermiete ich möbliert, durch das vorhandene Schranksystem und das Podest zum Schlafen, brauchst du also nicht viel mitzubringen 😊 denn das Schranksystem, der Schreibtisch sowie Matratze wären in der Kaution mit drin.
Das Wohnzimmer darf selbstverständlich mitbenutzt werden.
Gesucht wird jemand, die/der ein ruhiges WG-Leben bevorzugt. Die Wohnung soll Rückzugsraum für das chaotische und stressige Leben im Außen sein, man soll hier runterkommen und entspannen können ☺️🧘🏼♀️
