WIR SUCHEN AKTUELL WIEDER!!!
Unsere Kandidatin ist leider sehr kurzfristig abgesprungen daher sind wir wieder auf der Suche.
Das Zimmer hat knapp 14m² und kostet warm 365€ und zuzüglich 30€ für Internet, Strom und Versicherung. Hinzu kommen 800€ Kaution. Es liegt nach Nord-Osten, mit Blick auf den Gaißberg. Der Balkon kann von beiden Zimmern betreten werden und eignet sich wunderbar zum draußen Frühstücken mit Blick ins Grüne oder auch zum Gartln, wenn du deinen grünen Daumen ausleben möchstest.
Geteilt wird eine kleine, aber renovierte Küche, ein Bad mit Duschwanne und eine separate Toilette. Außerdem gibt es eine Abstellkammer und ein Kellerabteil zur gemeinsamen Nutzung.
Das Zimmer wir bis auf ein hängendes Bücherregal unmöbliert übergeben.
The room has 14m² ant the costs are 365€ plus 30€ for internet, electricity and insurance. The caution is 800€. Your room faces northeast and you have a wonderful look on Gaißberg. The balcony can be entered from both rooms und you can use it perfectly to enjoy breakfast outside or grow some plants.
You will share a small but renovated kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and a separated toilet. There is also a storeroom und a little cellar to find space for your things.
The room is unfurnished, except one hanging bookshelf.
Die Wohnung liegt in Aigen an der Grenze zu Parsch super zentral, mit Bus und S-Bahn in unmittelbarer Nähe. Mit dem Rad ist man in 10 Min. in der Altstadt oder der Uni.
Gegenüber befindet sich ein kleiner Sparmarkt und ein paar Min. weiter eine Apotheke, Bank, Billa und ein größerer Spar.
Parken ist gratis in den umliegenden Straßen möglich.
The room is in Aigen near to Parsch and very central. You have the bus and the train nearby. By bike you are in the city or university in about 10 minutes.
There is a little supermarket opposite and a few minutes away a pharmacy, other supermarkets and a bank.
You can park in the streets around the flat for free.
Deine zukünftige Mitbewohnerin ist eine aufgeschlossene Mozarteum-Studentin im letzten Jahr, die nicht nur Musik über alles liebt, sondern auch ein großes Herz für ihre Mitmenschen hat. Sie hat einen kleinen und braven Hund. Gerne bist du eingeladen dich an einem gemütlichen Abend dazu zu gesellen oder etwas gemeinsam (zb. Wandern oder Bouldern) zu unternehmen- alles kann, nichts muss!
Dennoch wäre es schön ein nettes Zusammenleben zu gestalten (ab und an gemeinsam Frühstücken oder kochen) und keine reine Zweck-WG zu führen!
Gesucht wird eine freundliche, ordentliche, umgängliche und vorzugsweise weibliche Studentin oder Berufstätige, die sich über ein schönes Zimmer in einer großartigen Lage, mit fröhlicher Mitbewohnerin freut!
Bitte KEINE Anfragen zur Zwischenmiete- gesucht wird eine dauerhafte Mitbewohnerin!

Your future roommate is an open minded Mozarteum-student in her last year. She really loves music and has also a big heart for people surrounding her. She he has a small and well behaved dog. Your are invited to spend a nice evening together or cook together or undertake something (e.g. hiking or bouldering)- if you want to!
However, it would be nice to have good times together like nice talks or having breakfast on the balcony.
We are looking for a friendly, tidy, sociable and preferably female student or employed, who´s looking foreward for a beautiful room, in a great location with a cheerful roommate!
Please NO requests for sublease- we are looking for a person, who wants to stay for a year or longer!
