Da ich im Sommer ein Praktikum mache, wird mein Zimmer vom 19.08.2019 bis zum 30.09.19 frei. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Kaigasse, also nur 5 Gehminuten in das Zentrum der Altstadt. Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants (italienisch, mexikanisch, asiatisch…) sowie Cafés sind auch gleich um die Ecke. Die Busverbindungen sind auch gut ausgelegt, da sich die Wohnung zwischen Mozartsteg und Justizgebäude befindet. Du würdest mit zwei weiteren Personen zusammenwohnen, wobei zum 01.08.2019 in den beiden anderen Zimmer neue Mitbewohner einziehen.
Zur Aufteilung der Wohnung:
Es gibt eine Küche, Bad (Dusch- Badewanne) und eine separate Toilette, einen kleinen Gemeinschafts- Vorraum sowie eine Abstellkammer. Dein Zimmer ist natürlich möbliert!
Warmmiete: 420Euro
Kaution: 380 Euro

Shared-flat- room in the middle of Salzburg’s old town!
Because of my internship, my room is going to be free from 15.07.19 to the 27.09.19. The flat is located in Kaigasse, which means you only need 5 walking minutes to the city center.
Several grocery- stores, restaurants as well as Cafés are just around the corner. The flat is well connected to public transport. You will live with two more persons!
Flat- structure:
There is a kitchen, bathroom (shower – bathtub) and a separated toilet as well as a little common room and a box room. Your room is urnished :)
Rent: 420 Euro (including heating, water, electricity and internet)
Deposit: 380 Euro
