The en-suit bedroom available is 13m2 and it could be left furnished with all the essentials (however it’s important for me that the person who overtakes the room, is also interested in buying the furniture or part of it -but I’m open to negotiate) and it has a window facing Linzergasse. It costs 430€ per month all included (water, electricity and heating + Internet), and I sell all the furniture for 130€.
The location is wonderful. You have many possible and different bus stops to choose just about 2min or 9min from the flat. The main train station is about 15min by foot from the flat. A Spar just in front of the building, and also a dm and many other shops just a few steps away. And a big range of bars and restaurants in the area. Linzergasse is right at the HEART of the city!
My flatmates are very friendly, funny and very easy-going. They both work for Redbull. Ross comes from England and Agathe comes from France. Both have a quite of a busy schedule and they travel a bit because of work, but when they’re at home they love to hang out and catch up with some wine, chocolate or cheese.

I’m Lorena and I’m moving out on the 30th of June 2020. So my flatmates and I are looking for a new flatmate to take my room from the 1st of July 2020. The flat is a 3-bedroom apartment located in the lovely and centric Linzergasse. Every room has their own bathroom and toilet, so the only common space to share is the kitchen. Great to avoid disagreements within the flat ;-)! The apartment also has a cellar, a bit of a back garden where you can put your bike, and a washing machine and dryer downstairs close to the cellar, for everyone in the building to use (free of charge). There's no parking lot included in the rent but you can rent a parking space in the Garage next door.
If you are working and you are easy going, fun and friendly too and this international flat could be a new home for you then please contact me. Don’t take too long to email me, the room can go away in a blink of an eye!
