TOP-Lage, WG mitten in der Altstadt, direkt auf der Getreidegasse

Mit der Lage kann man es bei uns nicht besser treffen. Die Wg befindet sich direkt auf der Getreidegasse. Man kann dem Trubel aber trotzdem gut aus dem Weg gehen, da sie sich eher am Ende der Getreidegasse befindet und man so auch gut rumlaufen kann und so nicht zwingend durch die Getreidegasse laufen muss.
Zu den Bushaltestellen Ferdinand-Hanusch-Platz (von dort kommt man eigentlich überall in Salzburg hin) sind es 3min zu Fuß und zum Herbert-von Karajan-Platz 1min.
Ein Billa Corso (hat sogar am Sonntag und an Feiertagen bis 15 Uhr geöffnet) ist auch gerade mal nur 2min entfernt. Etliche Bars und Restaurants sind wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Zum Hauptbahnhof braucht man auch nur 25min zu Fuß.

Weg zur Uni: Zum Jus-Gebäude sind es nur 2min zu Fuß und zum Unipark 12min. Zur NaWi sind es 25min zu Fuß.


The location couldn't be better. The flat is directly located on Getreidegasse. But because the flat is located at the end of Getreidegasse, it is also possible to avoid the hustle on the busy street and you could walk around the crowd.
It is a 3-minute walk to the bus stops Ferdinand-Hanusch-Platz (from there you can actually get anywhere in Salzburg) and 1minute to Herbert-von Karajan-Platz. Also it's just 5min away from Makartplatz and 8min away from Mirabellgarten.
A Billa Corso (opens until 3pm even on Sundays and public holidays) is also just 2 minutes away. Several bars and restaurants are within walking distance. The main train station is also only a 25-minute walk away.

Getting to Salzburg university: The law department is only a 2-minute walk away and the Unipark is 12 minutes away. The science department is a 25-minute walk away.

Zu uns: Wir sind beide Studenten. Die Anna ist 22 und studiert Recht und Wirtschaft. Ich bin 29 und studiere Psychologie im Master.
Uns ist sehr wichtig, dass du ehrlich, offen, ordentlich und sauber bist. Es handelt sich um KEINE Zwecks-Wg. Ein gemütliches und freundschaftliches Miteinander, wo man auch gerne mal zusammen in der Küche sitzt oder zusammen was unternehmen kann, ist uns sehr wichtig. Jeder hat natürlich auch seinen Freiraum und wir sind auch keine, die ununterbrochen aufeinander hocken müssen.
Rauchen ist bei uns ausschließlich auf dem (Französischen) Balkon in der Küche erlaubt, nicht in den Zimmern.

About us: We are both students. Anna is 22 and is studying law and economics. I'm 29 and studying psychology for my Master's degree.
It is very important to us that you are honest, open, tidy and clean. It is NOT a flat-share where you just go home and don't want to talk to anyone, but for us it is important to have a cosy and friendly atmosphere where you can sit together in the kitchen or do activities together now and then. Of course, everyone has their own space and we also don't want to squat on each other all the time.
Smoking is only allowed on the (French) balcony in the kitchen and not in the rooms.
Also, please put some effort into your enquiry/description of yourself. We get a lot of enquiries and we won't reply to an "I'm interested".

Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine sind in der Wg vorhanden. :)
Leider haben wir aber keinen Keller und ein Fahrrad müsste draußen abgestellt werden. Die Anna tut dies z. B. auch immer und es ist bis jetzt noch da. :)

Unfortunately, we don't have a cellar and a bicycle would have to be parked outside. Anna, for example, always does this and it is still there. :)
