Das WG Zimmer liegt im ersten Obergeschoß und hat circa 25m² Wohnfläche. Es ist ein circa 4 m² großer Balkon vorhanden. Vom Balkon aus ist die Festung Hohen Salzburg zu sehen. Ein Badezimmer mit Dusche ist vorhanden. Das WC ist ein eigener Raum. Eine Waschmaschine, ein Trockner und ein Trockenraum sind im Haus vorhanden.
Das WG Zimmer ist sehr schön gelegen. Der Volksgarten liegt vor der Tür. Das Zentrum ist zu Fuß leicht erreichbar. Ein Schwimmbad ist nur circa 200m vom Haus entfernt vorhanden. Im Winter wird ein Eislaufplatz und eine Eislaufhalle betrieben. Ein Fitness Bereich, Tennisplatz und weitere sportliche Aktivitäten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe möglich.
Die derzeitigen WG Bewohner sind circa 22 (Er) und circa 29 (Sie) Jahre alt. Die beiden studieren und arbeiten in Salzburg. Die Beiden kommen aus Amerika bzw. Luxemburg. Ein Miteinander kann gelebt werden oder auch nicht, es hat sich herausgestellt, dass es manchmal gewünscht bzw. gewollt ist, jeder wie er will.
Internet wird/ist von den Mietern selbst organisiert, man kann sich daran beteiligen.
