Hallo!
Da unser Mitbewohner auszieht, suchen wir eine/n Nachmieter/in für diese wunderschöne, sehr zentral gelegene WG.
Der bisherige Mitbewohner ist sich über das Auszugsdatum noch nicht sicher, das heißt, Einzug wäre bevorzugt Mitte-Ende Juni ist aber noch verhandelbar.
Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss direkt an der Salzach und besteht aus drei Zimmern, Bad, Toilette und einer großen renovierten Küche. Außerdem gibt es einen schönen Garten, der von allen drei Parteien im Haus genutzt werden kann. Gerade richten wir dort ein eigenes Hochbeet ein, in dem wir unser Gemüse anbauen, von dem du gerne auch essen kannst. 😊
Das zu vermietende Zimmer liegt mit Fenster nach hinten zum Garten, ist also sehr ruhig.

Hi! We are looking for a new roommate for this beautiful, very central shared flat.
Our current housemate is not sure about the moving-out date yet. You would move in preferably in the beginning of June, but it is still up for discussion.
The flat is on the ground floor, right in front of the river and has three rooms, a bathroom, a toilet, and a big newly furnished kitchen. There is as well a garden that we share with the other two apartments in our building and in which we are setting up a small vegetable patch, from which you can also eat (if we are able to harvest something) 😊

Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Salzach und ist trotzdem sehr ruhig, obwohl man sich mitten in der Stadt befindet.
Mit dem Rad sind es 5 Minuten bis in die Innenstadt und auch zum Bahnhof oder dem nächsten Supermarkt hat man es nicht weit.

The flat is right by the Salzach and close to the city center, yet in a very quiet location. In a 5-minute-bikeride you can be in the city center and the main train station or the supermarket are also close by.

Wir sind eine internationale, berufstätige WG. Deine Mitbewohnerinnen wären Julia (29, aus Spanien) und Katharina (28, aus Deutschland). Da Katharina für sieben Monaten ins Ausland geht, vermietet sie ihr Zimmer an Teresa (24, auch aus Deutschland) unter. Das heißt, die WG ist für die ersten sieben Monaten neu aufgelegt.
Bisher haben wir viel zusammen unternommen und würden uns freuen, wenn das so bleibt, aber nichts ist verpflichtend. Wir kochen oft zusammen mit Lebensmitten, die wir aus einer naheliegenden Foodcoop beziehen. Außerdem schauen wir gerne zusammen Serien und Filme (wir haben einen eigenen Beamer), grillen im Garten oder trinken ein Bier an der Salzach. Natürlich brauch man ab und zu seine Ruhe und kann in unserer WG seinen Rückzugsort finden.
Wir sind unkompliziert und offen und freuen uns auf nette und gesellige MitbewohnerInnen. Wir passen gut auf das Haus auf und würden das so gern behalten.

We are international, working group. Your new roommates would be Julia (29, from Spain) and Katharina (28, from Germany). Katharina leaves us for seven months to do her abroad-semester and, during this time, her place will be taken by Teresa (24, also from Germany). This means that for the first 7 months we will be a brand-new constellation of roommates.
Until now we were a very close group and spent a lot of time together cooking food that we take from a food-cooperative and watching movies and series with our own projector. We also like to barbeque in our garden or have a beer by the river. Of course, everyone also needs time for themselves and can find a place to relax in the flat.
We are uncomplicated and open, and we are looking forward to a friendly and social housemate. We like to take care of the house and hope that you do too.
