Das Zimmer hat ca. 18 m² und hat zwei große Fenster.
Es wird unmöbliert vermietet und kostet monatlich 420€.
Gemeinsam teilen wir uns eine Wohnküche, sowie Bad/WC.
Es gibt auch ein dazugehöriges Kellerabteil, und einen Fahrradkeller.
Die Wohnung ist zwar nicht groß, aber gemütlich und hell!
Die Lage ist super!
Zum Hauptbahnhof sind es ca. 5 Gehminuten und in die Altstadt ca. 15 min.
Auch die Salzach ist total in der Nähe und mit dem O-Bus/Bus/Fahrrad gelangt man schnell ans Ziel!
Es ist eine 2er WGm also wohnt außer mir sonst keine in der WG.
Mein Name ist Elena, bin 23 Jahre jung und komme aus Oberösterreich.
Ich studiere am Mozarteum Elementare Musik- und Tanzpädagogik und arbeite nebenbei als Masseurin in einer Praxis.
Gerne würde auch über dich ein paar Zeilen erfahren.
