Ab 1. Mai steht ein ca. 16m2 großes Zimmer in einer geräumigen WG in Itzling zur Verfügung. Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Obergeschoß eines freundlichen Wohnbaus mit ruhigem Innenhof, Fahrradabstellplätzen und einem großen Kellerraum. Die Zimmer der Wohnung sind durch einen langen Flur separat begehbar. Badezimmer (mit Badewanne), WC und Küche werden von allen Mitbewohner*innen genützt.
This fresh and bright 16m2 room in Itzling is available from the 1st of May. The flat is on the third floor of a residential building, which has an inner courtyard area where bicycles can be safely locked, plus a secure and spacious basement storage area (shared with the other 3 flatmates). Each of the rooms are separately accessible and the bedroom door can be locked. The kitchen, bathroom and WC are shared. The flat had a brand new gas boiler fitted 2 years ago and the temperature is controlled by thermostat. The room also has two radiators so you won't be cold in the Winter!
The location is peaceful, but only a short walk (9-10 min.) away from Salzburg Hauptbahnhof. Additionally, the O-Bus 3 (also 23 to Gnigl) stop (Werkstättenstrasse) is at the end of the street, where it joins Itzlinger Hauptstrasse (1-2 min.). The excellent Sa's Thaiküche and Pommes Boutique are just around the corner (4-5 min.).
As I’m studing at FH and Plus (Puch - Techno Z Itzling) this location is great as you only need 10/15 mins to reach the campus in Itzling or 10 to get on the first train to FH.
You would share the flat with three males - all of them are university students. They are very easy to get along with and there is usually someone to chat with over lunch. They are all from Germany and can speak very good English!
