Das Zimmer ist 12 Quadratmeter groß und südseitig mit Blick auf Untersberg ausgerichtet. Es befindet sich im östlichen Flügel der WG, wo sich auch die große Küche und dein Bad befindet. Die WG an sich ist außerordentlich groß, sprich ausreichend Platz für große Partys, Essen mit Freunden und für ein ausgelassenes Beisammen sein. Die Küche eignet sich perfekt um am Abend gemeinsam zu kochen und aus unserem Wohnzimmer wird schnell ein kleines Kino.
Your 12 square meter room faces towards the south, with a view towards Untersberg. The room is situated in the eastern half of the apartment, where also the kitchen and your bathroom is located. The apartment is really big (175 squaremeters), so enough space for big parties, having dinner with your friends and chilling together. The kitchen is perfect for cooking together and our living room can easily transform into a small cinema.
Der Hauptbahnhof ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten (5 Minuten mit dem Rad) zu erreichen. Die Altstadt ist mit dem Rad in 15 Minuten entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Spar/Bahnhofsforum und Hofer) sind beide ebenfalls 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Von da WG aus kann man perfekt zur Salzach gelangen und von dort aus einen schönen Spaziergang dem Fluss entlang Richtung Altstadt oder Richtung Maria Plan starten.
You can reach the maintrainstation in 10 minutes by foot. (5 minutes with the bike) With the bike you reach the old city in under 15 minutes. Shopping opportunities are both 5 minutes by foot (Forum/Spar and Hofer). You can use the WG as a perfect starting point to make beautiful walks into the old city and up to Maria Plain.
Das WG Leben setzt sich zusammen aus David(24), Sergio (26) und Nico (25). Alle drei sind unter der Woche berufstätig. Die WG ist KEINE Zweck-WG. Es herrscht eine gute, offene Atmosphäre und wenn die Stimmung passt, wird miteinander gegessen, ein Bier/Gläschen Wein getrunken und ab und zu ein Film gemeinsam angeschaut / ein Spiel gespielt. Gesucht wird nach einer/m aufgeschlossenen Mitbewohner/in, der/die sich auch in die WG Gemeinschaft integrieren will. Selbstverständlich besteht für jeden die Möglichkeit, sich zurückziehen.Wenn du dir vorstellen könntest, ein Teil von der Community zu werden, schreib uns einfach und erzähl kurz von dir!
You will share the apartment with David(24), Sergio (26) and Nico (25). All three of them work during the week and they attach a great value to a good and open social atmosphere in the apartment. If everyone is in the mood, they cook, eat, drink, play and sometimes watch a movie together. They are looking for a open person, who also wants to become part of the community. Of course, everyone respects each other, when there is the need for some me-time. If you want to join them, just write and tell us a little bit about who you are and what you do.
Das Internet kostet 10€ im Monaten + es gibt einen WG Putzplan. Zudem haben wir eine WG Kasse, mit welcher wir für die gesamte WG Alltagsutensillien kaufen.
The internet costs 10€ a month + there is a cleaning schedule and also the costs for everyday utensils are shared.
