Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist ca. 12 m² groß. Du hast hier einem traumhaften Blick in die Berge, unter anderem auf den Untersberg, den Hausberg Salzburgs. Durch die südseitige Ausrichtung ist es dort schön hell. Dadurch, dass das Fenster in Richtung Innenhof ausgerichtet ist hörst du vom Verkehr so gut wie nichts.
Ziemlich cool an unserer WG ist das große, gemütliche Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher und Couch, die zur Schlafcouch für Freunde zum Übernachten umfunktioniert werden kann. Auch die Küche ist ziemlich groß, so dass es mitsamt der großen Essecke nicht eng wird. Die Spül- und Waschmaschine in der Küche erleichtern den Alltag sehr.

Your 12m^2 flat-shared room is welcoming you in the 5th floor (there is a lift!) of a large residential building in Lehen.
Because your room south sided it is pretty bright and the view to some mountains is great.
Both of us highly appreciate the large living room. There is a couch, a TV and enough space for inviting friends. The kitchen is also large. I am pretty happy about our washing machine and a dishwasher.
In der Umgebung gibt es alles, was man braucht. In 5 Minuten Fußweg bist du beim Interspar Lehen, der Stadtbibliothek und beim super gemütlichen Cafe Kowalski. Einen DM und eine Bank findest du auch in der nahen Umgebung. Falls Zeit und Lust mal nicht zum Kochen reichen, hilft dir die Dönerbude direkt vor der Tür gerne aus.
Egal, ob du mit dem Fahrrad, Bus oder der S-Bahn (Aiglhof) zum Hauptbahnhof willst – der Radweg bzw. die Verbindungen funktionieren super. Direkt um die Ecke ist die Bushaltestelle Esshaverstraße.

In this area of the city you can find everything you need. It takes you 5 minutes to go to Interspar, to the library, the super nice Café Kowalski and other stores. If you fancy eating Döner you can find one next door. 😉 It doesn’t matter if you would like to go by bike, bus (Esshaverstraße) or train (Aiglhof) to the main station – the connection there are brilliant.
Du wirst mit mir Klaus (29) zusammenwohnen. Ich bin Ingenieur bei KTM und deshalb im Sommer auch öfters mit dem Motorrad unterwegs. Sonst bin ich (vor allem bei schönem Wetter) gerne draußen oder im Winter Ski fahren.
Das WG-Leben war immer sehr entspannt. Wenn es passt haben gemeinsam gegessen oder uns über den Alltag unterhalten und drifteten mal in das ein oder andere Thema ab. Gelegentlich war auch ein Film- oder Spieleabend drin, gerne auch mit Freunden.
Ich würd mich freuen, zusammen mal etwas trinken zu gehen oder gemeinsam zu kochen. Natürlich kannst du jederzeit Zeit für verbringen. Auch bestehende WG-Erfahrung ist ein Plus.

Its me Klaus (29), your flatmate, your are going to live together. I am engineer at KTM and I like driving my motorcycle in the Summer. I enjoy being outdoors at especially nice weather and I like skiing in winter.
Generally, we were used to a relaxed and harmonic atmosphere. If time and things allowed we enjoyed dinner together and exchanged stories. We also enjoyed movie or game evenings with friends.
I appreciate if we cook together or go out for a drink. If you have experiences in sharing a flat then let me know – that's a plus.

Die WG hat so ziemlich alles, was man so braucht: Aufzug, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Kellerabteil, Fahrradkeller. Einzig bei der Küchenausstattung schaut es ziemlich mager aus, weil das meiste von meiner Mitbewohnerin ist und sie das wieder mitnehmen wird. Wäre cool, wenn du da was hast, ansonsten regelt willhaben :D
Da es eine Indexmiete ist, kann es sein, dass demnächst der Mietpreis etwas steigt.

The flat is equipped with everything that is important like an elevator, a washing machine, a dish washer, a basement compartment and a bicycle cellar.
What we will definitely need is some kitchen stuff because most of it brought my flatmate and she will take it with her when moving out.
