Furnished room for a nice girl

From 1th of February there will be a nice room available at Ignaz-Harrer Straße 74. The room is 12m2 big, very light due to the two big windows and is based close to the city centrum of Salzburg (8 minutes on bike or bus, 20 minutes’ walk).

You will share the kitchen and bathroom with 2 lovely girls. They are 20 and 22 years old, both studying and working in Salzburg. It is a girls apartment, so we are looking for a clean girl, to be our next flat mate!

The flat is good facilitated. We have a dishwasher, oven, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. Furthermore one of the girls has a balcony, where we often hang out when she is there. On the ground floor of the flat is a space with shared washing machine, drier and place to hang your washed clothes. There is also a specific place for bicycles. In the front of the flat is a kind of courtyard and on the other side there are a lot of parking places and a small playground.

We live very close to a hudge Spar supermarket, bakery, gas station, library, cosmetic shop, Lehner Park and some kebab shops. You can find everything you need, very close. Europark is by the way also only 8 minutes from our home!

The room is half furnitured with a couch, book shelf. It would be great if the next flatmate could take over these furniture, but it’s not mandatory.

The costs for the room are: €271,5 per month. This price is inclusive rent, gas/water/electricity and internet. The deposit for the room is €500.

Ab dem 1. Februar wird ein Zimmer in der Ignanz Harrer Straße 74 frei. Das Zimmer ist 12 m2 groß, durch das große Zimmer auch sehr hell und befindet sich im der nähe vom Stadtzentrum (8 Minuten mit dem Bus oder Fahrrad, 20 min zu Fuß).
Die Küche und das Badezimmer werden mit 2 lieben Mädels gemeinsam benutzt. Sie sind 20 und 22 Jahre alt, und beide studieren und arbeiten in Salzburg. Es ist eine Mädchen-WG, daher suchen wir ein ordentliches und nettes Mädchen ?
Die WG hat alles was man braucht: Spülmaschine, Offen, Toaster, Wasserkocher und eine Kaffeemaschine. Eine der Mädels hat auch ein Balkon, auf dem wir oft gerne zusammen unsere Zeit vertreiben,wenn sie da ist. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, wie auch ein Fahrradstellplatz. Vor dem Gebäude gibt es Parkplätze und ein kleiner Garten.
Wir wohnen in der nähe von einem großen Interspar, Bäckerei, Bibliothek, Tankstelle, dm, mehreren Kebap Geschäften und dem Lehner Park. Man findet wirklich alles was man braucht in der nähe! Btw. den Europark erreicht man auch in Schnelle!
Das Zimmer ist fast möbliert (Couch, und ein kleines Buchregal). Es wäre toll, wenn die nächste Mitbewohnerin die Möbeln übernimmt, muss aber nicht sein!

Der Preis für das Zimmer ist 271,50€ pro Monat inkl. Strom und Internet. Die Kaution beträgt 500€
