It is a big room is in a shared apartment that you share with two other people both mid-twenties and in their masters at Salzburg University.
The room has a view of Geisberg and is already furnished with a desk, piano, couch, and other furniture.
There is also a shared living room with a dining table and couch. The bathroom includes a bath.
The apartment is located on Roseggerstrasse 27, 10-15 minutes walk from the center and 5 minutes walk to the closest supermarket and other shops.
(For taking over the furniture I will ask for a small fee as well as for a fully furnished kitchen and living room).
The rent includes internet, gas and electricity (all included) and will be 460,- euro per montth.
The caution will be 1100,- euro.
