It is a beautiful 13m2 room with heating and a big window facing a quiet park and mountains in the background.

The view is amazing and sunsets are always stunning! It's a very bright room.

The room has its own key that you can lock when you're away (but I've never locked my room because my roommates are lovely).

It is located at only 5 minutes from the bus 4 and 8 minutes the bus 24.
You are surrounded by nature and yet only a 20 minute bus ride to downtown Salzburg.

By bike:
- In 3 minutes you are in the Red Bul Akademie.
- In 5 minutes you can swim at Salzachsee.
- In 15 minutes you are at Saalachspitz.

It is truly a great balance between nature and city!

Currently, there is only 1 other roommate living there full time. She works and trains, so doesn't spend a lot of time in the apartment. She is super sweet and friendly!

The other roommate is a guy that works in between Vienna and Salzburg and only stays in the flat 2 nights a week.

They are both really nice, clean and respectful!

I am looking for someone to take my room as I have to relocate because of my job - I wouldn't want to leave because it's so nice and calm here.
