The available room is 15 square meters big with one large window facing east, so you get to enjoy the beautiful morning sun as well as a nice view with lots of trees and the Glanbach (a small river) running by. There is a communal bike cellar, washing machine and clothes line and a cellar compartment.
In the rental fee electricity and Wifi are included.
I am planning to take my furniture with me when i move and only the desk stays in the room. However it would also be possible to take over some of the furniture, if you need any of it.
The common areas of the flat comprise the hallway, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, toilet and bathroom.
Bus lines 4, 8, 1 & 2 are at walking distance (closest bus stop is 1 min by foot). By bike it takes you only 10 minutes to get to the heart of the old town. For car owners, there are a lot of parking spaces in front of the house that are free of charge! The motorway access of A1 is only 5 minutes by car from here as well. The flat is conveniently located next to a big grocery store (Interspar) as well as a DM. Other stores, like Billa and Lidl, are also close by.
The flat is shared with 3 other people:
Khalil, 27, from Syria, who is a very friendly and social guy, fun to be around with and who likes to bike and is into photography.
José, 29, from Spain, who is very active, plays soccer and likes to do all kinds of outdoor sports. Sometimes you can find him sing mexian songs in the kitchen ;)
Jan,25, from Germany, who likes to cook, watch movies, play video games, as well as spend time outdoors in nature and travel with his van.
All of them are such friendly, kind and caring people and great flatmates and we always had the best times together.
Everyone is working during the day and likes to share moments together, as enjoying a nice chat in the kitchen with a beer or wine in the evening :)
Sharing good vibes in the flat is important, as well as a closed-door and privacy are respected. And last but not least, it is also important, that everyone helps together in keeping the flat clean.
