Hello,
One of my flatmate moved out of her spatious 30m^2 room.
The apartment has a own kitchen with dishwahser, bathroom with washing machine, a big living room and dining area with video projector. There is also the possibility to store items in the celler. Parking is easily available in the street, or possibility to park inside for a 90 euro monthly fee. Very well connected: bus stop is in front of the house, Interspar Lehen and gym are at 100m.
The very multinational apartment consists of one albanian girl, one french man and one luxemburgish man. We really appreciate to keep the apartment tidy and clean and to have a good enviroment: we enjoy dinners and activities together. We are looking for people that would be able to live in a multinational enviroment (english) and up for staying for a decent period of time.
Part of the furniture should (in the best case) be taken over: Big wardrobe, bed frame, desk, desk chair and tv - would be +-€650.
