Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchenden :)
Da ich im Februar aus unserer WG ausziehe, suche ich für mein sehr geräumiges, helles Zimmer ein/e Nachmieter/in.
Das Zimmer ist mit 32 qm echt ausreichend groß, um alles zu verstauen, was man so besitzt. Außerdem verfügt das Zimmer über einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und einen Balkon. Es wird unmöbliert übergeben.
Die Wohnung erstreckt sich über zwei Stockwerke, ist insgesamt ca. 140 qm groß und total ruhig gelegen, man ist aber trotzdem schnell mit dem Rad oder dem Bus in der Stadt.
Um die Ecke sind mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (z.B. Bild & Spar), der Europark ist mit dem Rad auch sehr schnell zu erreichen.
In der WG wohnen Jana (22), studiert Psychologie, Diana (24) studiert Biologie und Lina (24) studiert Geologie und potenziell vielleicht du. Alle drei sind total liebe Mädels, die hervorragend kochen können und abends auch gern mal bei einem Glas Wein zusammen in der Küche sitzen.
Also wer Lust hat in diese schöne WG zu ziehen, meldet sich einfach per Mail, telefonisch oder wie auch immer bei mir :)
