Da ich ein Auslandssemester in Krakau mache, möchte ich mein Zimmer in einem WG-Haus (Salzburg Mülln) gerne untervermieten.
Die Mitbewohner Mitbewohnerinnen sind alle sehr nett, sitzen gerne mal zusammen in der Küche und quatschen oder grillen im Sommer. Das Haus ist in der Nähe vom Augustinerbräu, ums Eck vom Landeskrankenhaus, 15 Minuten zu Fuß in die Stadt.
Bus Nr. 4 ist direkt ums Eck, 7 und 20 ca. 3 Minuten entfernt und die Sbahn Station Aiglhof ca. 5 Minuten. Supermarkt (Spar) ist auch ca. 5 Minuten entfernt.
Zum Haus gehört ein Garten und es gibt vorm Haus Parkplätze. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert und hat ein eigenes Waschbecken sowie einen sonnigen Balkon mit Untersbergblick.
...und das Beste: die Miete beträgt nur 265 Euro (inkl. Betriebskosten & Internet). Bei Interesse meldet euch bitte bei meiner Freundin, die die Besichtigungstermine machen kann:
