Ich gebe mein Zimmer im Privathaus in Morzg ab dem 1.5.2015 her.
Die Miete (All-Inclusive: Waschen, Internet) 370 €.
Den Vorraum, die Küche mit Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine wird mit der Vermieterin (Eigentümerin des Hauses) geteilt. In dem Haus gibt es auch einen Hobbyraum (ca. 18 m2). Außerdem gibt es ein Hauskaninchen.

Das Haus liegt etwa 5 Min. mit dem Rad zum Orff-Institut, 8 Min. zur NaWi und 12 Min. in die Innenstadt. Den Bus Nr.25 habe ich auch in der Nähe.
Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich. Es handelt sich allerdings um eine Zweck-WG, da sie wenig da ist und wenn doch ihre Ruhe wünscht. Ich bin für Kochen und kleinere Aktivitäten zu haben, aber doch sehr beschäftigt.
