durch einen geplanten Auslandsaufenthalt für 6 Monate (April - September) möchte ich mein Zimmer in meiner tollen WG im Zentrum Salzburg's untervermieten. Wir suchen eine aufgeschlossene, ordentliche Person die bestenfalls auch meine Pflanzen Babysittet ;)

due to a planned stay abroad for 6 months (April - September), I would like to sublet my room in my great shared flat in the center of Salzburg. We are looking for an open-minded, tidy person who, best case, could also babysit my plants ;)

Die Wohnung ist ca. 90 Quadratmeter groß und verfügt über: 3 Schlafzimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit einem geräumigen Balkon, eine voll ausgestattete Küche (mit Geschirrspüler), einen Vorraum, einen Abstellraum, ein Bad mit Badewanne und eine separate Toilette. Zwei Trockenräume und ein Waschraum mit Waschbecken und Waschmaschine stehen im Keller zur Verfügung, wo wir auch einen geräumigen Trockenraum haben. Außerdem gibt es zwei Fahrradräume und ein Lift. Die Wohnung incl. des Zimmers ist komplett möbliert. Die Zimmer sind sehr hell und von den Balkonen hat man einen Blick auf den Gaisberg, Kapuzinerberg und einen Teil der Neustadt.
Dein Zimmer ist ca. 16 Quadratmeter groß und hat ein großes Fenster und eigenen Balkon - es gibt also genug Tageslicht. Du kannst auch das geräumige Wohnzimmer oder den superbequemen Gemeinschaftsbalkon genießen, der mit dem Wohnzimmer verbunden ist. Besuch ist immer willkommen!

The apartment is about 90 square meters and has: 3 bedrooms, a big living room with a spacious balcony, a fully equipped kitchen (w/ dishwasher), a vorraum, storage room, bath with bathtub, and a separate toilette. Two drying rooms and a washing room with sink and washing machine are available in the basement, where we also have a fairly spacious storage room. There are also two bike rooms and a lift. The apartment including your room is fully furnished. The rooms get a lot of light and from the balconies you get a view of the Gaisberg, Kapuzinerberg, and part of the neustadt.
Your room is ca. 16 square meters with a big window and own balcony — there’s enough day light. You can also enjoy the spacious living room or the the super comfy shared balcony connected to the living room. Friends are always welcome!
Die Lage ist einfach perfekt, 2 Minuten von der Linzergasse entfernt und in der Nähe von vielen Geschäften, Restaurants, Bars und so weiter. Mit dem Kapuzinerberg und dem Mirabellgarten in unmittelbarer Nähe, kann man immer in wenigen Minuten aus der Stadt fliehen. Wir sind auch 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bahnhof und in der Nähe von vielen Buslinien.

The location is simply perfect, 2 min from Linzergasse and close to many shops, restaurants, bars and so on. With the Kapuzinerberg and Mirabellgarten so close, you can always run away from the city in just a few min. We are also 15 min by foot to the train station and close to many bus lines.
Zu meinen beiden Lieblings-Mitbewohnern - die dann für ein halbes Jahr deine Mitbewohner sein werden: Sie sind sehr gesellig und umgänglich. Ich denke perfekt um in dieser Zeit ein bisschen Anschluss zu finden.
Laura (25) und Eike (27) sind beide aus Deutschland und arbeiten in Salzburg. Laura in der Logistik bei einem Lebensmittelhersteller und Eike im Bereich der Geoinformatik. Meistens sind sie dafür im Büro, manchmal aber auch im Home-office oder bei Business trips. Meistens trifft man sich also Abends oder am Wochenende.
Beide kochen gerne und haben diverse sportliche Hobbys wie Indoor Cycling, Wasserrettung, Skifahren oder Fitness Studio. Gerne wird auch mal gefeiert oder in eine Bar gegangen.

To my two favorite roommates - who will be your roommates for six months: They are very social and easy to get along with. I think they're perfect for making friends during this time.
Laura (25) and Eike (27) are both from Germany and work in Salzburg. Laura works in logistics for a food manufacturer and Eike in the field of geoinformatics. Most of the time they are in the office, but sometimes they also work from home or go on business trips. So we usually meet up in the evening or at the weekend.
They both enjoy cooking and have various sporting hobbies such as indoor cycling, water rescue, skiing or going to the gym. They also like to party or go to a bar.
Die Miete beläuft sich auf 620 € inklusive Betriebskosten, Strom, ORF Beitrag und Internet.
Die Kaution beträgt 1000€.
