Für eine 80 m2 Wohnung in der Akademiestraße werden zwei neue MitbewohnerInnen ab Mitte Oktober gesucht. Die zwei teilmöblierten Zimmer sind 25 m2 (mit Balkon mit Grün- und Festungsblick) und 15m2 groß. Es gibt eine kleine Wohnküche. Die Wohnung wurde vor knapp 10 Jahren saniert (schönes Bad, neue Küche, Vollholzböden Eiche).
Bei den angegeben Gesamtkosten ist alles inklusive (Miete, Strom, Haushaltversicherung, Wasser, Betriebskosten, Internet)
Ich bin eine 35 jährige Lehrerin mit Hauptwohnsitz in Wien und bin alle paar Wochen in Salzburg zum Arbeiten. Die meiste Zeit würdet ihr die Wohnung also nur zu zweit bewohnen. Am Besten wären zwei FreundInnen als UntermieterInnen!
Das 15 m2 Zimmer kostet 480€.
