Large room available now on the first floor of a 3-storey house in Parsch.
The flat is quite large for three people, there is no living room but the kitchen is big and has a seating corner and table for 3-4 people to eat and chat!
The bedroom available is the largest of the three - about 20m², with window access to a large balcony overlooking the Gaisberg and back garden. In addition to the wardrobe in the room, there is plenty of shared storage place in the lobby (shoes, winter equipment), kitchen and bathroom.
Cost is 420€/month including ALL bills (electricity, heating, internet...) from private owner, deposit three times that amount.
The room is not contractually furnished but I am willing to leave my furniture for almost nothing (large new wardrobe, bed, bedside table, balcony chairs/table...).
The house has an amazing location in a quiet and lovely neighbourhood in Parsch, right next to the Finanzamt.
It is very easy to reach the centre and station by bike or by bus, as well as the south for Aigen (or Elsbethen for Red Bull employees).
It is located 5-min walk from Volksgarten and the closest bus stops ('Rennbahstrasse' and 'Finanzamt'). Parsch S-Bahn is about 10-min walk.
Spar and the Salzach river are a 3-min walk away, and there is even a Spar Express open on Sundays and late nights by the bus stop!
You will share the flat with Aziz and Elliott, two super friendly guys always open for a chat when they're around and who make sure the flat stays clean and respects each other's space.
The room is available whenever possible as I need to leave Salzburg very soon.
