Hello everyone,
We have a room available in our shared flat and would be very happy to welcome a new flatmate. The rent is 260€ and includes electricity, water and wifi. The furniture removal and deposit together would be 872€.
The room is equipped with a shelf, wardrobe and bed, which can be pulled out to
160×200 and also has drawers. There is also 1 small wall shelf on the walls. All this furniture will be given to you for a replacement. There is also a shelf in the room, which can be pulled out into a desk and also has plenty of storage space. If the desk is too small for you, you are welcome to study on the table in the kitchen at any time, as my flatmates are not often in the kitchen.
You also have direct access to a small balcony. (with a beautiful view of the sunset :)
There is also a roof terrace one floor down, which can be used by all residents of the building.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an old building. You are 5 minutes from the Kiesel, and about 10 minutes from both the main train station and Mirabellplatz. This means you can get into the city super quickly on foot, but you also have almost all bus and train connections nearby :)
Vanessa (28, Germany) and me - Dominika (25, Slovakia) live in the shared flat. Vanessa has already completed her Bachelor's degree in Salzburg and is now studying for a Master's degree in Medical Biology and is a totally lovely and helpful person.
I work in Red Bull in Elsbethen, so i'm in the office every day but i'm happy to have a nice dinner together whenever we have time :) I don't speak German, so the communication in the flat is in English.
We have a very uncomplicated shared flat. We like to sit together in the evening (when we have time and feel like it) and drink tea together, chat and have fun :) If you need some peace and quiet, you are welcome to withdraw at any time.
