Ich ziehe aus meinem schönen Zimmer in der Franz-Josef-Strasse aus, da ich näher zu meinem Campus ziehe.
Das Zimmer ist schön geräumig, sehr hell und ist ein Eck-Zimmer. Es hat zwei große Fenster in verschiedene Richtungen und ein schönen Ausblick auf einen grünen Hinterhof und Garten.
Es ist schön und modern Eingerichtet mit Großes Bett, Kleiderschrank, Komode, Raumteiler, Nachtkästchen und Schreibtisch mit Bürostuhl. Die Möbel sollten übernommen werden. Preis verhandelbar.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist echt super!!
Sehr Zentral, nähe Linzergasse. Alles schnell erreichbar zu Fuß und mit dem Fahrrad. Zu Fuß 10 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel direckt vor der Tür. 3 min. bis zum Mirabellplatz.
Die Nachbarn sind meist sehr ruhig und auch Tollerant, falls es mal ne Party geben sollte ;)
Die Mitbewohner sind sehr nett und freundlich. Sie sind kontaktfreudig und bei uns weht immer ein frischer wind. Das Klima ist sehr Angenehm, und mit den Nachbarn gibts auch keine Probleme.
