Kleines aber feines Zimmer in der Linzer Gasse (am Anfang der Fußgängerzone) zu vermieten. Ruhige Hofseite. Die Zimmer sind getrennt begehbar. Bad und Toilette sind auch getrennt. Man braucht ca. 6 min zum Mozarteum und 15 min zum Bahnhof. Für alle Musiker, Üben im Zimmer ist kein Problem.
Die Küchenzeile ist zwar sehr klein, beinhaltet aber alles was man braucht (Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Herd, Spüle und es gibt einen Minibackofen) . Die Miete für 1 Zimmer beträgt 350€ + 25€ Strom und man bekommt zudem einen eigenen Mietvertrag. Die Kaution beträgt ca. 1050€. Rauchen ist im Gebäude nicht erlaubt.
Zu mir: Ich bin 22 und studiere ab kommendem Semester am Mozarteum Gesang. Ich suche nach einer netten Mitbewohnerin.
