In unserer lebendigen und harmonischen WG in Schallmoos wird ab Anfang Mai ein Zimmer frei. Wir sind Hansi, Fabi und Alina – eine bunte Mischung von berufstätigen und studierenden Menschen im Alter zwischen 24 und 35 Jahren.
Über uns: Wir schätzen gemeinsame Aktivitäten und feiern auch hin und wieder in unserer Wohnung. Das soziale Miteinander ist uns wichtig, gleichzeitig hat jeder von uns seinen individuellen Freiraum und wir stimmen uns respektvoll ab.
Das Zimmer: Das verfügbare Zimmer ist 17 m2 groß, lichtdurchflutet und mit einem großen Fenster ausgestattet. Eine angenehme Atmosphäre für deine persönlichen Rückzugsmomente.
Die Wohnung: Unsere großzügige Wohnung erstreckt sich über ca. 130 m2 und bietet 2 Badezimmer mit je einem WC. Ein Badezimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne. Im Wohnzimmer (ca. 40 m2) kommen wir zusammen, trinken manchmal gemeinsam ein Bier oder sehen uns mit Fabis Beamer gemeinsam einen Film an.

Lage: Die Wohnung befindet sich im Stadtteil Schallmoos, in der Nähe der Sterneckkreuzung. Fußläufig sind mehrere Bushaltestellen, eine S-Bahn-Station und das ZIB mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu erreichen.
Kosten: Die monatlichen Kosten für das WG-Zimmer inklusive Betriebskosten, Strom, Internet und Auto-Stellplatz betragen aktuell 470€.

In our shared apartment in Schallmoos, a room will be available from the end of April. We are Hansi, Fabi, and Alina - a colorful mix of working professionals and students aged between 24 and 35 years old.
About us: We value shared activities and sometimes we celebrate in our apartment. Social interaction is important to us, while each of us also enjoys our individual space, and we coordinate respectfully.
The room: The available room is 17 m2, flooded with light, and equipped with a large window. A pleasant atmosphere for your personal moments.
The apartment: Our spacious apartment covers approximately 130 m2 and offers 2 bathrooms, each with a toilet. One bathroom has a bathtub. In the living room (about 40 m2), we get together, sometimes sharing a beer together or watching a movie with Fabi's projector.
