This lovely big room is located in an excellent location in Faberstrasse 28, near Mirabellplatz.
The room is rented with furniture (bed, sofa, desk, wardrobe) for which I would ask 350eur.
The room is 24 square meters, the flat is well equipped with a dishwasher, a shared bathroom and a shared kitchen.
There is a washing machine in the basement. The neighbourhood is extremely quiet and there are always good parking spots available. The wifi is cable wifi and very fast. Both wifi and electricity are paid by Ole every month and you would need to transfer him 20eur monthly.
You would share this flat with two roomates, Ole (M, 28) and Max (M, 20). Both from Germany. Ole is working and Max is a student. They would be happy to meet you. :)
The vibe at the flat is relaxed, people are happy to gather for a beer in the kitchen or in the balcony.
