Hallo Wohnungssuchende!
In Schallmoos wird für das Wintersemester ein Zimmer in einer 3er WG frei. Eine Mitbewohnerin zieht aus, die andere ist eine super nette Studentin (Sprache, Kultur, Wirtschaft).
Die Wohnung an sich ist ein Neubau (Passivhaus). Strom und Heizung sind im angegebenen Preis (430€) inkludiert. Töpfe, Pfannen, Gläser etc. sind alles vorhanden. Bett, Schreibtisch, Kästen ebenfalls.
Was das Auszugsdatum betrifft bin ich flexibel. Die Wohnung wäre bis ungefähr Mitte Jänner/ Mitte Februar zu vermieten.
Von der Lage her liegt die Wohnung sehr günstig, circa 4 Minuten bis zur nächsten Bushaltestelle (Linie 2) und 10 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Hauptbahnhof. Einkausmöglichkeiten finden sich genug (Eurospar, Billa etc.). Diese sind auch etwa 5 Minuten entfernt. Mit der Linie zwei kommt man auch recht schnell zum nächsten Hofer.
Das WG-Leben verläuft ruhig, manchmal setzt man sich zusammen zum reden. Es ist keine Party-WG.
