Kleines, aber feines Zimmer, möbliert (Ablöse: 500€) mit Blick auf die Festung zu vergeben. Zu den Möbeln gehören: Sofabett, Schreibtisch, 2 Kleiderschränke, 1 Kommode und 1 Regal. Mitbenützung aller Küchengeräte und -utensilien, Möbel in den Gemeinschaftsräumen. Neue Waschmaschine vorhanden.
We have a small, but comfortable, fully furnished room (15m², compensation: 500€) with a view of the Fortress available. The room is furnished with a sofabed, desk, 2 wardrobes, 1 dresser and 1 shelf. The kitchen is fully equiped, there is also a new washing machine.
Unsere 90m²-Wohnung liegt im dritten Stock, ohne Balkon und ohne Lift. Wir haben eine Küche mit Küchenzeile, Tisch und Sitzgelegenheit. Bad und WC sind getrennt. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral 3 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof (schöne Seite und angenehm ruhig) und 10 Minuten zu Fuß von Mirabell entfernt. Norma, Spar und Einkaufszentrum sind direkt um die Ecke.
We live on the third floor, without balcony or lift. Kitchen, bathroom and toilet (seperately) are shared. Our flat is located near the main train station (on the nice side, calm location), 10 minutes by foot from Mirabell gardens. Nearby you can find two supermarkets and a shopping center.
Wir sind zu dritt, Karin (AUT) arbeitet und Clemens (AUT) und Moritz (DEU) studieren noch. Unsere vierte Mitbewohnerin zieht leider aus und daher suchen wir ab Mitte Juli eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in. Wir verstehen uns gut, geben einander aber auch viel Freiraum. Partys sind von der Vermieterin nicht erwünscht, wir bevorzugen auch gemütliches Zusammensitzen. Der Klarheit halber und da das in den letzten drei Jahren gut geklappt hat, haben wir einen Putzplan. Es wäre schön, wenn du auch auf ein gewisses Maß an Sauberkeit Wert legen würdest.
The room will be available from middle of July. The flat will be shared with Karin (AUT), Clemens (AUT) and Moritz (DE). Even though everyone likes their privacy, we also enjoy each other's company. The owner, who lives in the same building, does not allow parties. Since our cleaning schedule has been working well in the last three years, you should be fine with a cleaning routine.
