Ich vermiete meine kleines, sehr feines Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete, da ich in dem Zeitraum ein Praktikum habe.
Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert und du könntest direkt einziehen und dich wohl fühlen.
In der WG haben wir eine Waschmaschine, einen Radabstellplatz und diverse Elektrogeräte in der Küche, also alles was man zum Leben braucht.
Die Lage ist total super. Alle möglichen Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind in 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch der Bahnhof ist nur 10 min zu Fuß entfernt. Die nächste Bushaltestelle erreichst du in 5 min.
Die WG teilen sich Elisa (24), Stefan (24) und ich oder dann eben du. Wir unternehmen sehr viel gemeinsam und sitzen auch gerne am Abend noch zusammen. Wir respektieren aber auch gegenseitig unsere Privatsphäre.
Die Sauberkeit in der WG ist uns sehr wichtig und wir teilen uns die Putzarbeit fair auf.
Ich würde mich sehr freuen, wenn jemand mein Zimmer in der Zeit, wo ich nicht da bin hütet und auch wertschätzend mit meinen Möbeln umgeht.
