Das Zimmer hat 20m² und ist schön hell. Es ist voll möbliert, weshalb eine Ablöse in Höhe von 300€ fällig werden würde. Die Ablöse würde einen schönen alten Schrank, ein 2x2 Meter Bett mit Premiummatratze der Marke Yatas, einen Holztisch, einen Schreibtisch, zwei kleine Regale, einen Leder-Drehstuhl und eine Kleiderstange inkludieren.
In der Wohnung sind das Bad und das Klo getrennt. Die Küche bietet alles was man zum Kochen benötigt, sowie genügend Stauraum für Lebensmittel etc., dazu einen Küchentisch zum Essen/ Zusammensitzen usw.
Dazu gibt es ein Kellerabteil zum Lagern von etwaigen Sachen, einen Waschraum (Waschgang kostet nur 60 Cent) und einen Abstellplatz für Fahrräder. Die Wohnung liegt im 06. Stock, es gibt aber einen Fahrstuhl.

The 300€ would include a beautiful old wardrobe, a 2x2 meter bed with premium Yatas brand mattress, a wooden table, a desk, two small shelves, a leather swivel chair and a clothes rail.
In the apartment the bathroom and the toilet are separate. The kitchen offers everything you need for cooking, as well as enough storage space for food, etc., plus a kitchen table for eating / sitting together etc..
In addition, there is a basement compartment to store any things, a laundry room (wash cycle costs only 60 cents) and a dry place for bicycles. The apartment is located on the 06th floor, but there is an elevator.
Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtteil Schallmoos an der Grenze zur Neustadt und ist wirklich super gelegen. Ganz in der Nähe ist der Bahnhof inklusive Spar, der auch Sonntags bis 23:00 offen hat.
Dazu sind
auch zwei 24/7 Tankstellen für Notkäufe in der Nähe, sowie viele Imbisse etc.. Die Altstadt und das Mozarteum sind fußläufig erreichbar, zur Gesellschaftswissenschaftlichen Fakultät sind es ca. 10 Min. mit dem Fahrrad.
The apartment is located in the Schallmoos district on the border with Neustadt and is really good located. Nearby is the train station including Spar, which is also open on Sundays until 23:00. Du würdest dir zunächst die Wohnung mit Emilia aus Mexiko und Isla aus Australien teilen. Sie studieren beide am Mozarteum und sind sehr nett. Die beiden sind gut befreundet, und machen viel gemeinsam. Hier könntest du dich , wenn du möchtest, bestimmt gut einbringen. Das WG-Leben ist insgesamt sehr freundlich und entspannt. Sie planen ebenfalls demnächst auszuziehen - hier könntest du bei der Entscheidung über die zukünftigen Mitbewohner/innen mitentscheiden.
First you would share the flat with Emilia from Mexiko and Isla from Australia. They are both studying at the Mozarteum and are vary kind. You could certainly make a good contribution here if you wanted to.The Flat-Life is very pleasant and relaxed. In der Miete, in Höhe von 331,13€, ist allles außer Strom und Wlan inkludiert. Für den Strom musst du 13€ an Emilia überweisen und für das WLAN kommt sie ebenfalls auf, da sie das größte Zimmer hat.
