Das Zimmer ist das größte in der Wohnung und bietet dir auf 25m^2 viel Raum dich einzurichten. Es wird teilmöbliert übergeben, dazu zählen ein Schreibtisch, ein Regal, ein Sofa, ein kleiner Tisch und ein Nachttisch (insgesamt 100€).
Die WG ist aufgeteilt in 2 Bäder, 2 Toiletten (wovon 1 Toilette separat ist), eine Küche, 1 Flur mit Vorratsschrank, 6 unterschiedlich große Zimmer. Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle und 2 Kühlschränke sind auch vorhanden. Die Waschküche mit Waschmaschinen und Trocknern zur Allgemeinnutzung befindet sich im Keller. Ebenso ein Kellerabteil, in welchem du dein Fahrrad oder andere Sachen verstauen kannst. Außerdem gibt es einen Parkplatz.

The room is the largest in the apartment and offers you a lot of space to furnish on 25m^2. It will be handed over partially furnished, including a desk, a shelf, a sofa, a small table and a bedside table (in total 100€).
The shared flat is divided into 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets (of which 1 toilet is separate), a kitchen, 1 hallway with pantry, 6 rooms of different sizes. Dishwasher, microwave and 2 refrigerators are also available. The laundry room with washing machines and driers for general use is located in the basement. Also a cellar compartment where you can store your bike or other things. Also there is a parking space available.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Sterneckstraße mit S-Bahnhof in 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Zu den Busverbindungen (2,4,10 und Regionalbussen 150, 151, uvm.) geht man 2 Minuten. Das Einkaufszentrum ZIB erreicht man ebenso in 5 Minuten. Dort befinden sich Billa Plus, Libro, NKD, DM, Herz Apotheke und noch einige andere Geschäfte. Ein Hofer liegt schräg gegenüber vom ZIB. In die Stadt sind es mit dem Rad weniger als 10 Minuten.

The apartment is located in Sterneckstraße with the S-Bahn station just a 5-minute walk away. The bus connections (2,4,10 and regional buses 150, 151, etc.) are 2 minutes away. The ZIB shopping center can also be reached in 5 minutes. There you will find Billa Plus, Libro, NKD, DM, Herz Apotheke and several other stores. A Hofer is located diagonally opposite the ZIB. The city is less than 10 minutes away by bike.

Derzeit sind wir zu sechst in unserer WG: Lukas wird demnächst auch ausziehen, hat aber schon einen Nachmieter für sein Zimmer gefunden. Aymane studiert Informatik im Master, Noureddine schließt bald seinen Deutsch-Vorkurs an der Uni ab, und David und Jannek sind beide berufstätig.

There are currently six of us in our shared flat: Lukas will also be moving out soon, but has already found a new tenant for his room. Aymane is studying for a master's degree in computer science, Noureddine will soon be completing his preliminary German course at university, and David and Jannek are both working.
