In sehr guter Verkehrslage (2 km bis zur S-Bahn) nur ca. 10 Minuten von Salzburg entfernt, suchen wir für unser Austragshaus neue Mitbewohner. Rauchen ist nur im freien erlaubt, ein Balkon ist hierfür vorhanden.
Genügend Parkmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Auf diesem Wege suchen wir möglichst langfristige Mieter, Aber auch stundenten/innen sind gerne wilkommen.
Da es sich um eine neu gegründete WG handelt, sind Dinge wie putzdienst oder Putzservice noch verhandelbar. die Miete versteht sich ohne Putzservice.
Aktive Gartennutzung ist möglich.
Durch die Landwirtschaft, welche im nebengebäude noch aktiv betrieben wird, kann es hin und wieder zu Lärmbelästigunge kommen, was jedoch nur bei offenem Fenster (Schallschutz vorhanden) auffallen wird.
