Es befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend mit guter Anbindung über die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel Richtung Walldorf (SAP)/Karlsruhe/Bruchsal und Heidelberg (jeweils 1-2 Haltestellen)/Mannheim.
Neben dem Lebensmittelmarkt Aldi und der Drogeriekette dm, die sich fußläufig 5 Minuten entfernt befinden, ist auch in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß Rewe (bis 24 Uhr geöffnet) oder Lidl zu erreichen. Darüber hinaus befinden sich im Stadtzentrum von Sandhausen (ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß) der Lebensmittelmarkt nahkauf, Imbissläden, Bäckerein und weitere Geschäfte.
Innerhalb von wenigen Minuten ist auch die Autobahn A6 oder A5 super angebunden.
The flat is located between the St. Ilgen/Sandhausen S-Bahn stop and the town centre in Sandhausen. It is located in a quiet residential area with good connections via public transport towards Walldorf (SAP)/Karlsruhe/Bruchsal and Heidelberg (1-2 stops each)/Mannheim.
In addition to the grocery store Aldi and the drugstore chain dm, which are located 5 minutes away on foot, Rewe (open until midnight) or Lidl can also be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. Furthermore, in the centre of Sandhausen (approx. 5 minutes on foot) there is the grocery store nahkauf, snack shops, bakeries and other shops.
The A6 and A5 motorways are also just a few minutes away.

It is a very young, friendly and well-organised flat-sharing community. Occasionally, you have dinner together or spend time together comfortably, but without coercion.
