Das freie Zimmer befindet sich in einer 3-stöckigen WG in einer ca. 100 Jahre alten renovierten Villa im Zentrum von Sandhausen in der Nähe des S-Bahnhofs.
Zur WG gehören als Gemeinschaftsfläche eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Wohn- bzw. Aufenthaltsbereich, ein elegantes Badezimmer im OG, separates Duschbad im OG und ein weiteres Duschbad im EG.
Eine gute Internetverbindung sowie alle weiteren Nebenkosten sind bereits pauschal im Preis inbegriffen.
Zusätzlich befindet sich im Keller ein Waschkeller mit zwei gemeinschaftlichen Waschmaschinen und einem Trockenraum.
Fahrräder können bei den Stellplätzen abgestellt werden. Parkplätze sind ebenfalls reichlich vorhanden.

Die Wohnung liegt zwischen der S-Bahn-Halstestelle St. Ilgen/Sandhausen und dem Stadtzentrum in Sandhausen. Es befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend mit guter Anbindung über die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel Richtung Walldorf (SAP)/Karlsruhe/Bruchsal oder Heidelberg (jeweils 1-2 Haltestellen) bzw. Mannheim. Die S-Bahn-Haltestelle befindet sich nur 6 Gehminuten entfernt.
Neben dem Lebensmittelmarkt Aldi und der Drogeriekette dm, die sich fußläufig 5 Minuten entfernt befinden, ist auch in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß Rewe (bis 24 Uhr geöffnet) oder Lidl zu erreichen. Darüber hinaus befinden sich im Stadtzentrum von Sandhausen (ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß) der Lebensmittelmarkt Nahkauf, Imbissläden, Bäckereien und weitere Geschäfte.
Mit dem PKW erreicht man die Autobahnauffahrt A5 oder A6 in wenigen Minuten.
The apartment is located between the S-Bahn stop St. Ilgen/Sandhausen and the city center in Sandhausen. It is located in a quiet residential area with good connections via public transport in the direction of Walldorf (SAP)/Karlsruhe/Bruchsal or Heidelberg (1-2 stops each) or Mannheim. The S-Bahn stop is only a 6-minute walk away.

Es wird zum 01.09.2022 ein neues Mitglied in der freundlichen Wohngemeinschaft mit insgesamt 9 privaten Zimmern gesucht.
Zum Oktober wird es einen großen Wechsel der überwiegend studentischen Bewohner geben. Hierdurch entsteht Raum zur Mitgestaltung des neuen WG-Lebens.
Es ist eine junge und aufgeschlossene WG. Gelegentlich isst man gemeinsam zu Abend oder verbringt die Zeit ausgelassen zusammen, jedoch ganz ohne Zwang.
There is a search for a new member in the friendly shared apartment with a total of 9 private rooms on 01.09.2022.
There will be a big change of our mainly student residents in October. This will create space for co-designing the new WG life.
It is a young and open-minded flat-sharing community. Occasionally they have dinner together or spend time together in a relaxed atmosphere.
