Hallöchen,
ich suche für meine 2er Wg in St. Augustin, Mülldorf, einen neuen Mitbewohner/in.
Frei wird ein großes Zimmer (36qm ab 1.2.16; setzt sich aus 2 großen Räumen zusammen)
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt ca. 80qm groß und beinhaltet ein Bad (ca.7 qm) mit seperater Toilette und eine Küche (ca.8qm).
Ein 6m langer Balkon lädt im Sommer zum Grillen und Sonnen ein.
Die anderen Räume (Küche, Bad) sind zwar Teilmöbiliert, allerdings es wäre super wenn sie durch andere schöne Möbel und Wohnaccessoires ergänzt werden können.
Kommt einfach mal vorbei und guckt euch die Wohnung an... ^^

Die Bushaltestelle Richtung Hennef oder Bonn liegt direkt vor der Tür (zur Hochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg sind es ca. 12 min zu Fuß,- zur RSAK-Akademie sind es ca. 20 min. mim Bus), zum Lidl u. Fitnesscenter sind es gerade mal 3 min. Fußweg.
Der St Augustiner Marktplatz (+Huma, Einkaufszentrum) und Bahnhof liegt ca. 5- 7 min. zu Fuß von der Wohnung entfernt.
Damit ich mich in den nächsten Monaten voll und ganz auf mein Diplom vorbereiten kann, suche ich eine/n freundliche/n ruhige/n Mitbewohner/in.
Wichtig: das ist eine Nichtraucher-WG!!
