Das Zimmer ist in einer geräumigen, voll ausgestatteten 4.5 Zimmer Wohnung (Das Zimmer ist nicht möbliert) im Erdgeschoss mit Gartensitzplatz.
Die Nachbarn sind sehr ruhig und das Klima im Haus ist angenehm freundlich.
Inkl; Internet, Strom (Akonto) und der Serafe Gebühr beträgt die Miete 880.-/Mt. Du kannst alles in der Wohnung mitbenützen.
Ich bin ein 31 Jahre alter, anständiger, zuverlässiger Schweizer. Respekt, Sauberkeit und Ordnung sind Dinge auf die ich Wert lege.
