The room is heated by a individually controlled underfloor heating.
It is available for all WG owners a common bathroom with toilet, a separate toilet, a fully equipped communal kitchen with fridge, stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, kitchen utensils such as dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils etc., a dining room and a storage room.
In addition, a washing machine with a drying room, a garage as a lockable parking space, a covered place for smokers and three separate parking spaces are available for all 6 units (WG rooms and 1-room apartments). In addition, the house has several terraces, a balcony and a garden that is accessible and usable for all.

Es steht für alle WG-Mieter ein gemeinsames Bad mit WC, ein separates WC, eine voll ausgestattete gemeinschaftliche Küche mit Kühlschrank, Herd mit Backofen, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Küchenutensilien wie Geschirr, Besteck, Kochtöpfe etc., ein Esszimmer und ein Abstellraum zur Verfügung.
Zusätzlich steht für alle 6 Einheiten (WG-Zimmer und 1-Zimmerwohnungen) gemeinsam eine Waschmaschine mit Trockenraum, eine Garage als abschließbaren Stellraum, ein überdachter Ort für Raucher sowie drei eigene Stellplätze zur Verfügung. Außerdem verfügt das Haus über mehrere Terrasse, einen Balkon und einen Garten, die für alle zugänglich und nutzbar ist.

The house is in a quiet location in Scheidegg approx. 400 meters from the Kurhaus am Hammerweiher. The Scheidegg Zentrum bus stop is 6-7 minutes' walk away. Restaurants and shopping are nearby.

The WG is a new foundation for March 2025 and planned for professionals and interns. However, all others are welcome. At the moment, the WG is home to a professional and a student.
