Die Wohnung ist groß genug um Sachen von rechts nach links und vor und zurück zu schieben.

1 min entfernt sind 3 Lebensmittelgeschäfte und eine Drogerie.
Außerdem ist gibt es einen Sehr guten Italiener+Eisdiele, Döner usw.
Von der Waschmaschine über Geschirrspüler und einem Mitbewohner ist alles vorhanden.
Der erwähnte Mitbewohner heißt Manfred und studiert im zweiten Semester Holzgestaltung, es werden immer mal gerne Filme auf großer Leinwand geschaut, Rad gefahren, laut Musik gehört usw.
Kommunikation ist essentiel, viel quatschen, Themen von hoch bis tief und auch gerne mal Blödsinn.
