Die WG-Etage verfügt über eine voll eingerichtete eigene Küche und ein gerade erst neu gestaltetes Tageslichtbad mit Dusche.
Hinter der Küche schliesst sich der etwa 30qm große Balkon/Dachterrassenbereich mit ausfahrbarer Markise an. Terrassenmöbel - 1 Tisch und 4 Stühle - werden gestellt.
Alle Fenster - außer das Flurfenster - sind mit Rollläden ausgestattet.
Zur WG gehört eine - vermieterseits gestellte -Waschmaschine mit Stellplatz im Waschkeller. Dieser liegt direkt neben dem Heizungskeller, der auch zum Trocknen der Wäsche genutzt werden kann.
Für Fahrräder gibt es Anschliessbügel und ein verschließbares Gartenhaus.
Der WG steht auch ein Kellerraum zur Verfügung.

The room is located on the first floor of the building.It is 25 sqm big and partly furnished.
The bed has 4 drawers. The furniture is visible on the pictures above.
In addition to the room, there is a fully furnished kitchen and a freshly renovated daylight bathroom.
The balcony is accessible via the kitchen. It is decorated with a table and four chairs.
Every window, except for the one in the hall, are equipped with shutters.
In the basement is a laundry room, equipped with a washing machine, there is an additional storage room.
Bicycles can be locked into a shed.
Zu dem öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel Straßenbahn Nr. 88 (nach Berlin-Friedrichshagen) bzw. 87 (zum S-Bahnhof Rahnsdorf) sind es etwa 10-15 Minuten, je nach persönlicher Laufgeschwindigkeit.
Ebenso schnell erreichbar sind die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bei den Discountern. an der Haltestelle Grätzwalde der Straßenbahn Linie 88.
Die Bushaltestelle auf dem Kieferndamm in Richtung Erkner ist in etwa 5 Laufminuten erreicht.
Die Autobahnauffahrt an der A10 Rüdersdorf liegt in etwa 4 km Entfernung.
Das andere Zimmer wird von einem berufstätigen Mann in den „besten Jahren“ - Mitte 40 - bewohnt.
Die Küche besteht aus Kühlschrank, Herd und Backofen, Geschirrspüler und Ober-/UnterSchränken sowie Spüle.
Ein Tisch und Stühle vervollständigen die Küche als Essbereich.
Der auf dem Balkon befindliche Kugelgrill kann ebenso genutzt werden.
Die "Sonstige Kosten" sind aktuell für Strom eingeplant. Ein Glasfaseranschluss liegt im Haus, ist aber auf der Straße noch nicht angeschlossen. Hier ist noch alles offen.
