Das Zimmer hat eine perfekte Größe inkl Balkon und die Wohnung ist perfekt zum aufteilen , jeder hat seinen Bereich und in der Mitte ist das Bad . Die Wohnung ist schön groß ( für jeden einen Balkon ) und ist insgesamt 68 m2 groß. Die Anwohner im Haus und Umgebung sind alle nett und unkompliziert. Da ich berufstätig bin und viel unterwegs und die Wohnung zu schön ist um sie so wenig zu nutzen, dachte ich jmd würde sich sehr über die Chance über ein Zimmer hier freuen ☺️
In 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Stadtmitte also bisschen außerhalb und trotzdem zentral. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist super und Parkmöglichkeiten gibts auch.
