Für die Dauer meines Praktikums verlasse ich für fünf Monate mein gemütliches Zimmer und biete es deshalb zur Untermiete an.
Genieße die herrliche Aussicht auf die malerische Landschaft von Schwäbisch Gmünd direkt aus dem Fenster. Im Sommer bleibt das Zimmer angenehm kühl, sodass man sich immer wohlfühlen kannst. Der Raum ist generell immer hell.
Dein Zimmer ist möbeliert und neben dem vom Vermieter gestellten Schrank, Bett und Tisch darfst du noch einen Kleiderständer, einen Bücherregal, einen Nachttisch und ein Bildschirm von mir nutzen.

I am leaving my cozy room for five months for the duration of my internship and am therefore offering it as a sublet. Enjoy the wonderful view of the picturesque landscape of Schwäbisch Gmünd directly from the window. The room stays pleasantly cool in summer, so you can always feel comfortable. The room is generally always bright.
Your room is furnished and in addition to the wardrobe, bed, and table provided by the landlord, you can also use a clothes rack, a bookshelf, a bedside table, and a screen provided by me.
Die Lage ist optimal. Die WG liegt oberhalb vom Zeiselberg in einem schönen, ruhigen Wohngebiet. Das Wohngebiet ist sehr gepflegt und es wohnen viele junge Familien hier. Jeder hat einen großen Garten um das Haus, das heißt es ist immer sehr schön ruhig.
In die Stadt braucht man ca. 10 Minuten, zur Hochschule für Gestaltung (HfG) ca. 15 Minuten und zum Bahnhof ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Falls man in Gmünd mal den öffentlichen Nahverkehr braucht, erreicht man diesen in nur 5 Minuten und kann mit der Buslinie direkt zum Bahnhof fahren oder auch in ca. 10min zur Pädagogische Hochschule (PH).

The location is ideal. The flat is situated above Zeiselberg in a beautiful, quiet residential area. The neighborhood is well-maintained, with many young families living here. Each house has a spacious garden, making it wonderfully peaceful.
It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the city center, 15 minutes to the University of Design (HfG), and 20 minutes to the train station. If you need public transportation in Gmünd, you can reach it in just 5 minutes and take the bus directly to the train station or to the University of Education (PH) in about 10 minutes.
Die WG selber ist in dem Wohnhaus von dem Vermieter. Der Vermieter ist super nett und unkompliziert. Die WG ist eine separate Wohnung im Haus und hat zusätzlich eine Terrasse. Zudem dürfen den Garten jederzeit benutzen. Auch der Blick aus dem Fenster ins Grüne ist sehr schön.
Ich selbst verstehe mich mit meiner Mitbewohnerin sehr gut. Wir kochen ab und zu zusammen, feiern Partys oder laden Freunde ein. Sonst reden wir sehr gerne oder unterstützen uns im Alltag. Wer Lust auf ein WG Leben hat, gerne was mit der anderen Person macht, aber auch mal seine Ruhe haben will, ist hier genau richtig. Zudem legen wir beide viel Wert auf eine ordentliche und saubere Wohnung.

The shared flat is located within the landlord's house. The landlord is really nice and easygoing. The flat is a separate apartment within the house and has its own terrace. Additionally, we're welcome to use the garden anytime. The view from the window onto the greenery is beautiful.
I get along really well with my flatmate. We occasionally cook together, throw parties, or invite friends over. Otherwise, we enjoy chatting or supporting each other in our daily lives. If you're up for a shared living experience, enjoy doing things with your flatmate, but also value your privacy, this is the right place for you. Plus, we both emphasize keeping the apartment tidy and clean.
Ich selber werde für ein halbes Jahr aus der WG ausziehen. Deswegen steht das Zimmer befristet für ein Halbesjahr bis Ende September frei, ich werde es deswegen dir untervermieten.
Die 350 Euro sind warm und inklusive aller Nebenkosten.
