Es sind eigentlich zwei kleine Zimmer, eines zum Arbeiten und eines zum Schlafen.
Das Haus ist neu renoviert und hat eine Wärmedämmfassade, ein gedämmtes Dach und eine neue Heizung bekommen. Außerdem sind alle Zimmer, Bad, Küche und extra WC neu renoviert. Die Küche hat einen Herd, Spülmschine, Kühlschrank und eine Eßgruppe für alle. Im Bad ist neben Dusche, WC, Waschbecken auch noch eine Waschmaschine vorhanden.
Die Wohnung erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen.
Von hier aus kann man alles zu Fuß erreichen,auch die Hochschule.
In den Zimmern selber steht ein Bett, 140 cm x 200 cm, aber ohne Matratze, Die müssten Sie selber mitbringen. Außerdem ein Schrank und eine Kommode. Im Arbeitszimmer steht ein Schreibtisch und ein Stuhl. Fürs Erste ist (fast) alles vorhanden.
Im Moment wohnen zwei Männer in der WG, die zwei Mitbewohnerinnen ( es ist in dieser WG noch ein anderes Zimmer frei) ab Anfang Februar suchen. Da die jetzigen Mitbewohner Wert darauf legen, daß sie den/die neue/n Mitbewohner/in kennenlernen, geht der Kontakt zuerst über mich (Vermieterin) dann über die Mitbewohner.
