Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Doppelhaushälfte mit separatem Eingang im Dachgeschoss.
Es gibt drei WG-Zimmer, ein Bad mit Dusche, eine kleine Küche und ein großes Wohn- und Esszimmer.
Die Wohnung wurde vor 2 Jahren komplett renoviert und ist sehr schön.
Das freie Zimmer ist ca. 7 qm groß, unmöbliert, hell und freundlich.
Der Dachboden kann als Lagerfläche mitgenutzt werden.
Die Wohnung liegt oberhalb der Bausparkasse und in der Nähe des Schenkenseebades (ca 7 Minuten Fußweg). Das B-Gebäude der Hochschule ist ebenfalls in 7 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Zum Hauptgebäude benötigt man 10 Minuten.
Die Bushaltestellen Limpurger Platz (Linie 1) und Herrenäcker (Linie 2) sind jeweils 5 Minuten entfernt.
Am Limpurger Platz befindet sich ein kleiner Einkaufsladen, Bäcker, Metzger, eine Apotheke und Banken (Sparkasse & Volksbank). Der nächste etwas größere Einkaufsladen ist ca. 10 Minuten zur Fuß erreichbar.
Meine derzeitigen Mitbewohner beenden im Februar das Studium und ziehen aus.
Die WG setz sich somit komplett neu zusammen.
In das eine Zimmer zieht eine Kommilitonin. Wir sind derzeit im 5. Semester.
