a new resident or a new resident for our great WG will be looking for at 01.09.2025.
The offered WG room is part of a 3 bedroom apartment, has a size of about 12 m2 and offers a lot of sunshine through the large window.
The apartment is in a super state. The WG room was completely modernized in 2019 (including heating, electrical,...) and is rented furnished. That means you just have to bring your clothes and finish them. For the monthly warm rental of 370,00€, no further costs are incurred for you - electricity and an internet connection are also included.
The 3-room apartment has a total of 75m2.

es wird zum 01.09.2025 eine neue Bewohnerin oder ein neuer Bewohner für unsere tolle WG gesucht.
Das angebotene WG-Zimmer ist Bestandteil einer 3-Zimmer-Wohnung, hat eine Größe von ca. 12 m² und bietet durch das große Fenster viel Sonnenschein.
Die Wohnung ist in einem super Zustand. Das WG-Zimmer wurde 2019 komplett modernisiert (inkl. Heizung, Elektrik,…) und wird möbliert vermietet. Das heißt du musst nur deine Klamotten mitbringen und fertig :). Zur monatlichen Warmmiete von 370,00€ fallen keinerlei weiteren Kosten für dich an - Strom und eine Internetverbindung sind ebenfalls inklusive.
Die 3-Zimmer-Wohnung hat insgesamt 75m².
Here you live in the most popular part of the city - the Kreuzäckersiedlung.
The location is really very good.
The university is only 700 metres away and can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The building part B is located opposite the apartment.
The nearest bus stop is right in front of the front door. 15 minutes walk to the city.
Shops of daily needs are in the immediate vicinity (e.g. Limpurger Platz).
Otherwise, simply enter the address on the Internet and check it out.
Hier wohnst du im beliebtesten Stadtteil der Stadt - der Kreuzäckersiedlung.
Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut.
Die Hochschule befindet sich nur in 700 Metern Entfernung und ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Gebäudeteil B liegt gegenüber von der Wohnung.
Die nächste Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür. Fußweg zur Stadt ca. 15 Minuten.
Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs befinden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung (z.B. Limpurger Platz).
