The room offered here is part of a 4-room apartment, has a size of 17qm and offers a lot of sunshine through the large windows.
The room is fully furnished. In the rent listed the electricity and internet costs are included.
The bathroom (with rain shower) and the open kitchen (incl. "Barinsel", dishwasher, refrigerator, ...) were recently modernized.

Das hier angebotene Zimmer ist Bestandteil einer 4-Zimmer-Wohnung, hat eine Größe von 17qm und bietet durch die großen Fenster viel Sonnenschein.
Das Zimmer wird vollständig möbliert vermietet. In der aufgeführten Miete sind die Strom- und Internetkosten inklusive.
Das Bad (mit Regendusche) und die offene Küche (inkl. "Barinsel", Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, ...) wurden erst kürzlich modernisiert.

The location is really very good.
The university is only 500 metres away and can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.
The nearest bus stop is just 3 minutes walk away. The walk to the city takes about 15 minutes.
Shops of daily needs are in the immediate vicinity (e.g. Limpurger Platz).
Otherwise, simply enter the address on the Internet and check it out.

Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut.
Die Hochschule befindet sich nur in 500 Metern Entfernung und ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten zu erreichen..
Die nächste Bushaltestelle befindet sich nur in 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Der Fußweg zur Stadt dauert ca. 15 Minuten.
Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs befinden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung (z.B. Limpurger Platz).
