Einfach eine tolle Wohnung! 129 qm groß, sehr hell mit offenem Wohn-, Eß- und Küchenbereich, im Dachgeschoß eines 3-Familien-Hauses. Die Wohnung ist mit allem, was man braucht, ausgestattet. Dein Zimmer ist möbliert, schön groß und hell. Schaus dir einfach selber an :-)
Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtteil Rollhof und die Innenstadt ist in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Bushaltestelle der Linie 1 ist nur 3 Minuten Fußweg entfernt.
Es muss einfach passen! Wie alt, weiblich oder männlich ... ist mir nicht wichtig.
Zu mir:
Ich wohne selbst seit 3 Jahren in SHA und bin Lehrerin an einer beruflichen Schule hier. Am Wochenende und in den Ferien bin ich oft in Karlsruhe. Ich habe schon oft in WGs gelebt und dabei sehr positive Erfahrungen gemacht. Ich liebe gute Gespräche bei gutem Essen und gutem Wein, englischsprachige movies, Biergarten und verreise unheimlich gerne.
Da meine Mitbewohnerin noch im Ausland, handelt es sich um eine Zwischenmiete, die jedoch noch flexibel gestaltet werden kann. Einfach nachfragen!
