Nachdem ich mein Studium in Schwäbisch Hall diesen September abschließen werde, wird mein Zimmer in unserer WG frei!
Das freie Zimmer hat 15qm und ist im ersten Stock des Hauses.
Es ist bereits möbliert, heißt folgendes ist bereits im Zimmer und muss nicht mehr mitgenommen werden:
120cm Bett
Schreibtisch
Schreibtischstuhl
2. Stuhl
Kleiderschrank
Würfelregal
Die WG ist gleich neben dem Würth-Museum in Schwäbisch Hall.
Zur Hochschule sind es so zu Fuß ca. 15min
In die Altstadt brauchst du zu Fuß ca. 5min
Gleiches gilt für die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten:
Der Edeka ist ebenfalls in keinen 5min erreicht!
Aktuell wohnen Bene, Katharina, Dörthe, Lena & ich in dem Haus :)
Solltest du hier meinen Platz übernehmen wollen, schreib mir einfach auf WhatsApp und wir können weiteres wie Besichtigung und Co. organisieren!
Das Haus hat einen Kellerraum, in welchem z.B. das Fahrrad gelagert werden kann.
Ebenso haben wir einen kleinen Garten für lange Sommernächte :)
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, das Haus hat eine Waschmaschine & Trockner.
Neben dem Bad mit Dusche und Toilette ist im Erdgeschoss eine weitere Toilette.
